Update: 6:50 p.m.: Law enforcement have recognized an 18-year-old as the alleged shooter immediately after a 15-year-old was observed shot to dying Thursday in a north Tulsa condominium.

Officers are browsing for Marcus Herron, in accordance to Tulsa homicide Sgt. Dave Walker. He is also identified as Marques Herron and Marcus Hill.
